25 years: Passion & Experience for all things Metalworking
So often, the work outputs of consultants can be diluted due to the need to constantly educate them, throughout a given process, on the nuances of the metalworking industry. Wasting time, wasting money and most notably wasting opportunity.
As a business advisor dedicated to small and medium sized manufacturing companies in the USA, my goal is to leverage 25 years of direct industry experience so that less time is spent teaching the advisor and more time is spent working on the top priorities. In my professional career I have had the incredible fortune to visit dozens of countries, work with hundreds distributors and vendors, and visit thousands of end manufacturing customers. The insights on best practices as a result of these experiences, which include in capacities of marketing, sales, manufacturing and technology leadership roles, have helped me build a robust toolkit with which to deploy on behalf of my clients.
My approach: don’t be a consultant, be an advisor. My aim is to develop long-lasting relationships with my customers by gaining an in-depth understanding of their business and priorities thereto, and working hand-in-hand with them to deliver actionable strategies and real results while minimizing costly learning curves.
From sales account nurturing and new business development to digital marketing strategy and succession/exit strategy guidance, I am committed to helping you achieve your business goals and build a resilient future.
